WITH POETRY reading at Milo Arts, Sunday 2.7.2016

I will be selling books and zines at a poetry reading next Sunday, February 7th at 7 pm at Milo Arts, 670 E 3rd Ave. This reading is hosted by the With Poetry Reading Series--a bi-monthly Columbus reading series that typically features two writers, with each set lasting about twenty minutes. There will be drinks, socializing, and tiny, letterpressed books with a poem by each of the night's readers. Sunday's readers will be Joy Sullivan (Columbus) and Jeff Tigchelaar (West Virginia). If you've never been to Milo, come check it out--this is a great opportunity to see a beautiful, old, weird Columbus building! For more information, check the Facebook event page: WITH POETRY reading 2.7

Benefit reading at ILLIO 12.2.2015!

Thanks to everyone who came out on Wednesday and donated their time, hard-earned dollars, words, thoughts, food, books, zines, energy, and focus! And an extra special thank you to all the wonderful readers! It was so nice to feel so close to the community--to feel everyone's support and hear their ideas for what a bookstore can be. More events like this are in the works, so stay tuned!

I finally made a website for Bookspace! My friend Brad helped me make it--this is what he looks like. This photo was taken at our first market--the Summer Flea on August 2nd, 2015.
